Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until done.
  2. Mash the potatoes and add the softened cream cheese, flour, eggs, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the potato mixture into long sausage shapes.
  4. Slice the sausages into 2 to 3-inch lengths.
