Ingredients

  • 1 bag hash brown shredded potatoes, thawed and excess water drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can chicken soup (undiluted)

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together and place in a casserole baking dish.
  2. Top with a little grated cheese and crushed corn flakes.
  3. Dribble melted butter over the corn flakes (optional).
