Ingredients

  • diced potatoes
  • chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 beef broth cube
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can corned beef hash, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, place diced potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, beef broth cube, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover the potatoes with water 1/4-inch above the potatoes.
  3. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Transfer the cooked mixture to a 3-quart casserole dish.
  5. Add the can of crumbled corned beef hash.
  6. Mix the flour with water to create a thickening paste.
  7. Add the flour mixture to the casserole dish and stir to combine.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
