Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 qt. tomatoes or 1 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • garlic salt
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the lean ground beef.
  2. Add all ingredients except Worcestershire sauce to the pot.
  3. Simmer until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld, about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
