Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • 6 scallions
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes very well and grate in food processor.
  2. Some like them grated for a coarser texture and some just like them once grated for a coarser texture.
  3. If you choose the finer texture, it doesn't work to just chop-you have to grate first. Finely chop the scallions.
