Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated potato
  • 1 1/2 cups grated onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using a large bowl, beat eggs well.
  3. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and melted butter to the eggs and beat well until all is dissolved.
  4. Add grated potatoes and onions and mix well. Don't be afraid to use your hands!
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased brownie pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour until golden and firm.
