Instructions
- Scald 1 cup of milk.
- Add the butter, sugar, and salt to the milk and cool to lukewarm.
- Add 1 package of yeast.
- Blend in eggs, mashed potatoes, and flour.
- Mix well.
- Place in a greased bowl. The mixture will be slightly sticky.
- Refrigerate until 2 hours before use.
- Roll out to 1/2-inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
