Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ore-Ida hash browns
  • 12 to 14 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together the hash browns, Swiss cheese, chopped onion, mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and melted butter.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. Turn up the oven to brown the top and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
