Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (10 oz.)
  • 1 package frozen Tater Tots (8 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet; drain off fat.
  2. Boil the mixed vegetables for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Mix the cooked vegetables, browned meat, and soups together.
  4. Place the mixture in a sprayed 9 x 13-inch casserole or pan.
  5. Top with frozen Tater Tots.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until nicely browned.
