Instructions
- Wash small potatoes well.
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Remove bacon and add onion in skillet and saute until brown.
- Return bacon bits to pan. Add potatoes.
- Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add water as needed to keep from sticking.
- Add cooked peas and cream.
- Simmer for a short time.
