Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large casserole.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through or cook in microwave for 10 minutes on High.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°.
