Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup clear French dressing
  • 5 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Pour French dressing over warm potatoes.
  2. Chill for 2 hours.
  3. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, sliced eggs, and salt to the potatoes.
  4. Add salad dressing and mix carefully.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon celery seed if desired.
  6. Chill for an additional 4 hours before serving.
