Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pound cakes
  • 2 boxes instant pudding
  • 1 large bowl Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Slice the pound cakes and line the bottom of a 9 x 11-inch pan.
  2. Prepare the instant pudding as directed on the box.
  3. Pour the prepared pudding over the sliced pound cake in the pan.
  4. Spread the pudding evenly to cover all the cake.
  5. Drain and crush the pineapple, then spread it over the pudding layer.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
