Ingredients

  • 4 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 dessert cups
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy

Instructions

  1. Combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Using a fork, remove a small amount of the center from each dessert cup and fill the centers with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Arrange pecan halves atop each filled dessert cup.
  4. Chill the assembled cups until ready to serve.
  5. Just before serving, heat the caramel ice cream topping and brandy together until warm.
  6. Spoon the warm caramel brandy mixture over each filled dessert cup and serve.
