Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, melted margarine, and confectioners' sugar and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Chill the crust for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add confectioners' sugar and mix well.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  7. Top with remaining crumbs from the crushed wafers for garnish.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
