Praline-Pumpkin Dessert
A rich pumpkin dessert with praline topping, combining warm spices and crunchy nuts, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy family dinners with whipped cream topping.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts over the cake mix.
- Pour melted butter evenly over the top of the dessert.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows to serve.
- Serve warm or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with pumpkin pie spice. Store covered in the refrigerator.
