Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Kraft Presto Italian dressing
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • fresh or canned mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken breasts, Italian dressing, sliced onion, green pepper, and mushrooms (if desired), and marinate for 4 hours or more.
  2. Remove the meat from the marinade and broil each side until cooked through, basting with marinade as you broil.
  3. Add the remaining vegetables and marinade on top of the chicken and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
