Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons Wesson oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Put Wesson oil in muffin tins and put in the oven to heat.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well and fill the muffin tins.
  3. Bake in the oven at 450°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and serve warm.
