Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Dijonnaise, balsamic vinegar, chopped spring onions, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the mixture is emulsified.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
