Ingredients

  • 5 whole graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 c. lite peaches
  • 10 Tbsp. lite whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Crumble graham crackers and spread them in a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the vanilla instant pudding according to the package instructions using skim milk.
  3. When the pudding is almost set, pour it over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate the pie until completely set.
  5. Drain the peaches and arrange them on top of the pudding.
  6. Decorate the pie with lite whipped topping before serving.
