Instructions
- Place sausage links and water in a cold frying pan.
- Cover and brown slowly over medium heat.
- When sausage browns, remove from pan.
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat from the pan.
- Add tomatoes and grated onion; simmer until onions are tender.
- Put sausage links into the tomato mixture to reheat.
- Arrange a ring of peas around the edge of a casserole dish.
- Place the sausage and tomato sauce mixture in the center of the dish.
- Cover the peas with cooked spaghetti.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the spaghetti.
- Place under the broiler until cheese has melted and browned slightly.
