Instructions
- Heat margarine, salt, and water to boiling.
- Add flour to the boiling mixture.
- Stir over medium heat until the mixture forms a soft ball and leaves the sides of the pan.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Place the cooled dough in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Fill the puffs with your favorite chicken salad, ham salad, or cream filling.
