Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp water
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat egg whites and water until stiff peaks form, not dry.
  3. Combine egg yolks, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  4. Beat the yolk mixture until thick.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites.
  6. Heat butter in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until lightly set.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until puffed and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
