Ingredients

  • 8 or 10 potatoes
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes until tender, then mash them without adding milk.
  2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and onion salt to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Beat the mixture with an electric beater until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer the mashed potato mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Dot the top with small pieces of butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for one hour until golden and bubbly.
