Pumpkin Bread Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand.
  2. Bake in vegetable sprayed loaf pan 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Cool in pan for approximately 1/2 hour.
  4. Cool on rack until serving temperature.
