Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Mix in order given.
  2. Fill loaf pans 1/2 full.
  3. Makes 3 loaves. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
