Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended.
  2. Pour the batter into 2 aluminum pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
