Ingredients

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks butter
  • pecans
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together pumpkin, salt, evaporated milk, cinnamon, eggs, and sugar. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture.
  3. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
  4. Sprinkle pecans on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until the middle is set.
