Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease pie pan (9 or 10-inch).
  3. Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute in blender or 2 minutes with hand mixer).
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
