Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin and almond extract; mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add dry ingredients and blend well.
- Pour batter into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
