Ingredients

  • 1 c. oil
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. soda

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Pour into greased Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Lasts a long time.
