Ingredients

  • 2 loaf angel food cakes
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple (16 oz.)
  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Break the angel food cakes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drain the crushed pineapple if necessary and dump into a large bowl.
  3. Add the blueberry pie filling to the pineapple.
  4. Mix the fruit fillings and cake pieces well.
  5. Pour the mixture into two regular-size cake pans.
  6. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top of each cake.
  7. Refrigerate the cakes until ready to serve.
