Punch(Slush)

A refreshing and fruity punch with strawberry and pineapple flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings, served chilled and easily prepared ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 large ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Mix the jello in hot water and sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add the pineapple juice and lemon juice.
  3. Add water to make a total of 1 gallon.
  4. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and freeze.
  5. When ready to serve, cut the top off the gallon jug and pour ginger ale over the slush to thaw for 1 to 3 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
