Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 chili pepper, finely diced
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 4 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Heat soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, powdered ginger, and diced chili pepper in a pot until the sugar dissolves at a low boil.
  2. Add finely minced green onion to the sauce and set aside.
  3. Roll chicken wings in flour and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
