Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced green chilies
  • 20 ounces Monterrey Jack or Muenster cheese, diced
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 12 crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup sour half and half

Instructions

  1. Mix together the diced green chilies, diced cheese, beaten eggs, crushed crackers, and sour half and half.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes until set and golden brown.
  4. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
