- Arrange the cooked vegetables in the prepared pie crusts.

- Pour the soup and egg mixture into the pie crusts over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of each pie.
- Bake in a 375°F oven until the quiches are firm, approximately 45 minutes.
