Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 box Caesar croutons
  • 1 pkg. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottle Kraft Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 purple or red onion, sliced (optional)
  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, place lettuce torn into bite-size pieces, cucumber, 1/2 box of croutons, and 1/2 of the cheese. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Do not add dressing until you are ready to serve the salad. Shake dressing well and pour approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of the dressing on the salad.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss salad well.
  5. Garnish individual servings with tomatoes and onion.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top, if desired.
