- Measure out 3/4 cup hot water; add chopped dates.
- Set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add hot water and dates, mixing well.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Cook at 350° about 45 minutes.
- Slice while warm and serve with cream cheese.
