- Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Place chopped nuts and raisins in the bottom of the pan.
- Cut each loaf of thawed bread into 8 pieces.
- In a saucepan, heat the butter, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, milk, water, and cinnamon until melted and well combined.
- Place the bread pieces on top of the nuts and raisins in the pan.
- Pour the hot mixture slowly over the bread dough.
- Let the mixture rise until doubled in size.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
