Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 bag oriental mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Put chicken strips in a wok or frypan with about 1 tablespoon oil and cook until done.
  2. Push aside and add half a bag of mixed frozen vegetables. Stir-fry until crispy.
  3. Add canned mushrooms to the wok.
  4. Mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and garlic salt in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over all ingredients and cook until thickened.
  6. Serve over rice.
