Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey thoroughly.
  2. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  3. Melt the butter and add salt to it.
  4. Spread the butter mixture over the turkey.
  5. Chop the celery and onion.
  6. Stuff the chopped vegetables inside the turkey.
  7. Cover the roasting pan with a lid.
  8. Bake the turkey for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
  9. Do not open the oven during baking.
  10. After 1 hour, turn off the oven and leave the turkey inside overnight.
  11. In the morning or when ready to serve, uncover the turkey and brown it using the broiler.
  12. Slice and serve.
