- Wash the turkey thoroughly.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Melt the butter and add salt to it.
- Spread the butter mixture over the turkey.
- Chop the celery and onion.
- Stuff the chopped vegetables inside the turkey.
- Cover the roasting pan with a lid.
- Bake the turkey for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
- Do not open the oven during baking.
- After 1 hour, turn off the oven and leave the turkey inside overnight.
- In the morning or when ready to serve, uncover the turkey and brown it using the broiler.
- Slice and serve.
