Ingredients

  • 4 medium to large potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice the cooked potatoes into a bowl.
  2. Add the flour, dry mustard, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
  3. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour enough milk over the potatoes to barely cover them.
  6. Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until just brown.
