- Slice the cooked potatoes into a bowl.
- Add the flour, dry mustard, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together.
- Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour enough milk over the potatoes to barely cover them.
- Bake in the center of a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until just brown.
