Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the pork chops.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each chop.
  5. Mix 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water well.
  6. Pour the ketchup mixture over the chops.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours until done.
