  • 4 to 6 center-cut pork chops
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
