Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp oleo
  • 6 Tbsp cream or milk
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo; add brown sugar and melt again.
  2. Add cream or milk and allow to boil vigorously for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat. Immediately start adding powdered sugar, beating well and add vanilla.
  4. Continue adding powdered sugar until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
