Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown and crumble the sausage.
  2. Press crescent rolls into a 3 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sausage.
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
