Ingredients

  • 1 small can green chili peppers, chopped fine
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle chilies in bottom of pan.
  3. Next sprinkle on layer of grated cheese.
  4. Mix eggs, Bisquick and milk.
  5. Pour over top of cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until firm.
  7. Cut in 1 inch squares.
  8. Serve with toothpicks. This freezes very well.
