Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix together cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced celery, chopped onion, water chestnuts, and cooked rice.
  2. Place the mixture in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the casserole.
  4. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
