Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 cups cooked cut-up chicken

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, saute minced onion, chopped green pepper, chopped red pepper, salt, and paprika until the onion is golden, approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in the undiluted cream of chicken soup; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in the cooked, cut-up chicken; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the sour cream.
  5. Serve the delicious chicken paprika over rice, in pastry cups, on noodles, or toast points.
