Instructions
- Brown unfloured chicken in melted butter in Dutch oven or deep frying pan.
- Remove chicken to plate.
- Stir pepper and olives in drippings.
- coat well.
- Add soup and water; mix.
- Put chicken back in and simmer until tender, approximately 30 minutes.
- Boil 4 to 6 servings vermicelli; drain and rinse.
- Put noodles in large dish and pour on chicken mixture.
- Top with 1 cup grated cheese.
- Place in 350° oven until cheese melts.
